MOPOSA — SMS Terms

Trading name of Eventovate Limited (Ireland).

1. Program description

Moposa is the trading name of Eventovate Limited, an Irish company that provides wedding planning software used by wedding venues and engaged couples. As part of the service, Moposa sends SMS messages on behalf of venues and couples to enquirers, customers and wedding guests. The program is referred to as Moposa Wedding SMS Notifications.

2. Message types

  • One-time RSVP login codes for wedding guests
  • One-time activation codes for couples accessing their wedding planning account
  • Wedding planning notifications (RSVP confirmations, event reminders, schedule updates)
  • Venue enquiry follow-ups and booking-related communication

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the activity in your enquiry, booking or RSVP process. Most users will receive between 1 and 10 messages per month.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Moposa does not charge users for receiving SMS messages. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Moposa, on behalf of a venue or couple, by:

  • Submitting a venue enquiry form on a venue's website with your mobile number and consenting to be contacted in relation to your enquiry;
  • Entering your mobile number on a couple's wedding RSVP page and leaving the SMS opt-in checkbox ticked;
  • Requesting an SMS login code on a couple's wedding RSVP page; or
  • Providing your number directly to a venue, who will record your consent in our system before any marketing SMS is sent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any service.

6. How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive — your number will be added to our suppression list automatically;
  • Unticking the SMS consent checkbox on the couple's RSVP page;
  • Contacting the venue or couple directly to request removal;
  • Emailing info@moposa.com.

After opting out you may receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages from that sender.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Carriers

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
