1. Definitions

“Moposa” – the features and services we make available, including through our website at www.moposa.com.
“The Service” – Moposa.
“Users” – any person who holds a Moposa account or uses/browses Moposa.
“Content” – anything ever posted to Moposa.
“Terms” – reference to this document, the Terms of Service.
“The Venue” – the place where the user has booked a wedding or made an enquiry.
“Your Partner” – the other person who has access to your Moposa account.
“The Public” – any other user or member of the public.
“Your Guests” – anyone in your guestlist on Moposa.
“Venue’s Page” – Moposa allows venues to advertise and receive enquiries.
“The Look” – a feature allowing couples to create and share visual collections (“scrapbooks”).

2. What is Moposa?

Moposa is an online wedding planning website for brides and grooms. It allows couples to share more of their wedding, simplify planning, and save time and money.

Moposa is the trading name of Eventovate Limited (“Moposa”). Please read these Terms carefully and contact info@moposa.com with questions. By accessing or using Moposa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Using Moposa / Usage of the Service

1) Who can use Moposa?

You must accept the Terms. Use by anyone under 13 is prohibited.
Different account types exist:
- Premium Users – couples who booked a wedding with a Moposa Venue, with full access to all features.
- Non-Premium Users – limited access; upgraded automatically when booking a Moposa Venue.

2) Your responsibilities as a User

To Moposa and the community: respect other users’ rights, follow Moposa Etiquette, and avoid posting inappropriate content. Moposa may remove content that violates Terms.
To third parties: ensure your content doesn’t infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. You’re responsible for the legality of what you post.
Passwords and account security: you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality and must notify Moposa immediately of unauthorised use at info@moposa.com.

3) Sharing content with others

The Venue: communication occurs directly between user and venue; Moposa is not responsible for its content.
Your Partner: unless marked “just me”, your partner can view content.
Your Guests: you control visibility of your wedding website, guest messaging, etc.
The Public: content posted in “The Look” is public and may be viewed, used, or re-posted by others. You grant Moposa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your content to provide the service.

4) Other Users

Moposa cannot be held responsible for content posted by users but may remove material that breaches Terms.

5) Termination of an account

You may close your account at any time by emailing info@moposa.com. Moposa may terminate or suspend your account without notice for any reason. Upon termination, you remain bound by relevant sections of these Terms.

6) Retention of content

After account termination, Moposa may retain content for a reasonable period for backup or audit purposes. Public content may remain visible if shared or re-used by others.

7) Support

Users requiring technical support should first refer to the “Help” section on Moposa or email info@moposa.com. Hotels should not be contacted regarding technical support.

4. Copyright

Content on this site is protected by Irish and EU copyright laws. Users may not modify, sell, distribute, or exploit site materials. Materials may only be downloaded for personal use, retaining Moposa's copyright.
All trademarks such as "moposa.com" are property of Eventovate Limited.
Moposa responds to copyright infringement notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Privacy

Your use of Moposa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using Moposa, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Moposa Wedding SMS Notifications

Program description

Moposa sends SMS messages on behalf of wedding venues and wedding couples. Messages include appointment reminders, wedding-day notifications, RSVP access codes, and couple-to-guest communications related to wedding planning and events.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive SMS messages related to your wedding enquiry, booking, or guest RSVP. The number of messages depends on your interactions with the venue or couple and any automated reminders configured for your event.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received a message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. Wedding guests can also opt out by unchecking the SMS consent box on the RSVP page.

For help, text HELP to the number from which you received a message, or email support@moposa.com.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages (via the enquiry form, RSVP page, or directly to venue staff), you consent to receive text messages from Moposa and the associated venue or couple. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any service.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Moposa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
